Dun Aluinn Fire & Foraging Weekend – 18th June 2021
June 18 - June 21
£1500 – £2500

Together with our partners, Ballintaggart Farm, we share a passion for nature, sustainability, local and seasonal ingredients. We have designed an immersive food and nature experience, to enable you to switch off and truly connect with the Highlands, in the beautiful surrounds of Dun Aluinn.
At Ballintaggart Farm, we aim to showcase the best of nature’s seasonal bounty in their menus. We usually include foraged elements from the surrounding riverbanks, hedgerows, fields or forests in our dishes and over the last four years have enjoyed getting to know the wild foods available to us, eagerly watching for the seasons to shift and new ingredients to become available, usually less than a mile from our door. We believe there is no better way to reflect and respect our surroundings than on our plates.
We’re really excited to share and hopefully demystify some of our favourite wild foods alongside some new techniques for cooking with a sense of outdoor adventure that adds flavour and fun in a simple, rustic but completely delicious way!
