Large Holiday Home

Dun Alluin House is an exclusive use large holiday home situated in Aberfeldy Perthshire. Originally built in 1909, the house had been extensively refurbished throughout to the highest of standards and is now available to rent as a luxury large holiday home.
The house sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, one of which is situated on the ground floor and is fully accessible.
For large groups space is in abundance with a large kitchen, dining / drawing room, TV Room and Lounge.
The kitchen has been especially designed around catering for large groups and includes an American fridge freezer (with 2 additional fridge freezers in the utility room), 2 dish washers (because even the largest of dish washers don’t cater for groups of 18) and a large gas range stove which will cook the largest of banquet meals.
Dun Alluin sits within approx. 5 acres of private grounds and has an extensive terrace with views over Aberfeldy and the Tay Valley to Schiehallion. These views can also be enjoyed in the wood fired hot tub which is situated in a secluded part of the grounds close to the house.
The house is within walking distance over Aberfeldy should you wish to dine out. However, there is also the option for our catering partners at Ballintaggart Farm to deliver pre-prepared food for you to pop in the oven or even hire one of their private chefs for the evening.
